A 15-minute presentation on mitigating magnetic noise from spacecraft by tracking the time-frequency signature of reaction wheels.
At the HESTO Conference I gave a 15 minute presentation on my research into mitigating magnetic noise from spacecraft. Reaction wheels, used to maintain a satellite's attitude, are a common interference source — and they leave a distinctive signature in the time-frequency domain, which means the interference can be tracked from the spin of the wheel itself.
